Baltic RCC hosted the OPC/STA project team meeting
Baltic RCC had a possibility
to host a physical meeting in Riga, Latvia on 6-9th of December for the
project groups of the OPC and STA services consisting of
representatives from European RCCs, TSOs, involved IT contractors and
ENTSO-E.
The first post-pandemic physical meeting was conducted in order to update ourselves on the implementation of OPC and STA projects and to point out the way forward for the development of the OPC and STA services, budgets and new releases and testing of the service’ software.
Regional and pan-European power system coordination, being as important as it in these difficult times, the OPC and STA projects continue to deliver the support to the European RCCs and TSOs in matters of outage planning and short-term adequacy coordination
